Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vyaaparone, we aim to provide a transparent and fair environment for B2B trade. This policy governs the cancellation and refund procedures for both our marketplace platform services and the transactions occurring between Buyers and Sellers.

1. Marketplace Transactions (Physical Goods)

Vyaaparone (JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd) acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting independent Buyers and Sellers.

Responsibility: The contract of sale is strictly between the Buyer and the Seller. Therefore, the specific return, refund, or cancellation policy of the individual Seller shall apply to such orders.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, Vyaaparone may provide mediation support, but JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd is not liable to pay or refund any amount for products purchased from third-party sellers.

Cancellation: Any request to cancel an order must be made directly to the Seller before the goods are dispatched.

2. Vyaaparone Platform Services (Subscriptions & Ads)

This section applies to payments made directly to JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd for services such as Premium Memberships, Verified Supplier Tags, or Lead Generation services.

General Non-Refundability: All fees paid for Vyaaparone subscription plans and advertising services are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, as these services are activated immediately upon payment.

Exception Criteria: A refund may be considered only under the following specific circumstances:

1. Duplicate payments caused by a technical glitch.
2. Failure to activate paid features within 7 working days of payment confirmation, despite submission of all required documentation.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment method.

3. Cancellation of Paid Services

Voluntary Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard. No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

Service Termination: Vyaaparone reserves the right to terminate access without a refund if there is a violation of the Terms of Service, including fraudulent activity or listing of prohibited items.

4. Subscription Renewal

Manual vs. Auto-Renewal: Unless explicitly opted-in for auto-renewal, subscriptions will expire at the end of the term. Users are responsible for timely renewal to avoid service interruption.
